TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Last Updated: August 1, 2026

Welcome to the Master Coding Organisation network. By choosing to interact with our official websites, blogging feeds, code repositories, UI themes, and community assets, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these formal Terms and Conditions.

If you do not accept these baseline terms, you must cease all exploration and utilization of our platform assets immediately.

1. Proprietary Framework & Intellectual Property

All visible and hidden architectures deployed across this system—including but not limited to custom CSS styling formulas, theme switch scripts, glassmorphism gradient layouts, digital graphics, logo assets, technical tutorials, and code samples—constitute the proprietary intellectual property of Master Coding Organisation unless explicitly designated under an open-source license (such as an MIT or Apache registration marker).

Unauthorized commercial reproduction, compilation scraping, redistribution, or direct resale of our platform elements is strictly prohibited and subject to protective legal review.

2. Permitted User Licensing

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and fully revocable license to access our layout configurations, software resources, and design systems for personal, educational, developer prototyping, and non-commercial exploration.

3. Prohibited Behavioral Constraints

You explicitly agree to refrain from engaging in any behavior that undermines the technical integrity or security of our services. Prohibited actions include:

  • Deploying unauthorized automated web scrapers, data-mining robots, or extraction scripts against our web server hosts.

  • Introducing software viruses, logic bombs, trojans, or malicious scripts into the platform comment fields or communication modules.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our layout structures, hosting parameters, or connected databases.

4. Community Portals and Discord Accountability

Master Coding Organisation provides channels connecting to public communities, including our official Discord invite matrix. While we maintain active moderation to keep these spaces safe, we are not liable for user-generated content, external links posted by peers, code variations shared by community members, or individual disputes arising within those external environments.

5. Complete Disclaimer of Warranties

Our template infrastructure, resources, and shared system frameworks are presented purely on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" foundation. Master Coding Organisation delivers no formal expressions, implicit guarantees, or absolute warranties regarding the compatibility, continuity, performance uptime, or absolute bug-free state of our layout tools across outmoded or non-standard internet browsers.

6. Limitation of Legal Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by governing regulations, Master Coding Organisation, its administrators, and its contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including data loss, asset corruption, hardware issues, or development interruptions—stemming from your utilization or inability to utilize our digital properties.

7. Mandatory Updates and Governance Rights

We reserve the absolute right to modify user permissions, purge outdated content assets, adjust code availability, or alter these operational Terms and Conditions at any moment without prior notification. It is the user's responsibility to review these conditions regularly to ensure compliance.
